Orders Awaiting Delivery
Over the past two years, the furniture industry along with other import businesses have experienced unprecedented delays in sourcing and delivering product from oversees. COVID-19 had a huge impact around the world regarding manufacturing and shipping of goods, and we are still seeing issues with supply as we recover from the challenges of last year.
We can assure you that we are working very closely with manufacturers and shipping companies to prevent lengthy lead times, although at times, for reasons outside of our control, we might still experience delays. We will however do our best to keep you informed in the event that happens.
Once you place your order with us, we allocate stock to your order so that it is reserved only for you. As we receive updated information on the location of your products on the water and the situation changes, we will endeavour to inform you of this. In the meantime, please continue to be aware that the dates shown on the website are the dates we are informed of and may be subject to change. Please bear with us on this and accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Delivery from our warehouse
One of the measures we took to prevent delivery delays that were so common last year, is to bring stock in our own warehouses. Delivery from stock can between 5 to 10 days. Please check out section of products which can be ordered Direct from our Warehouse here.

Our Customer Services Team continue to be available either via email, chat, or telephone during our opening hours of 9 am to 4 pm from Monday to Friday. If you need to change delivery times or are self-isolating, please do not hesitate to contact us 2 working days prior to delivery so that we can make the necessary arrangements with our delivery drivers.
