General Delivery Information
Our delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time, standard deliveries arrive Monday to Fridays only. Our couriers aim to book in 2-3 days prior to delivery so you will always know when your goods will arrive. The delivery slots do depend on when the delivery company is in your area and most areas are serviced once a week. If the slot offered is not suitable the delivery company will contact you again with an alternative slot, usually within 7 days of the first slot.
To ensure the delivery team can contact you, please add a mobile and landline number to your order. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or products on delivery, please ensure you make a note of this on the proof of delivery so that we are able to assist you with any potential return or replacement of your items. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.
The standard delivery is a one-man delivery to the ground floor only. If you require a delivery to the room of your choice, please select the Delivery Plus option in the checkout.
If you have purchased garden furniture the standard delivery may arrive on a curb side pallet and the driver will not bring the furniture on to the property. If you need help with the delivery please ensure you select the Delivery Plus service.

|Standard Delivery (one-man)||This means your delivery will be delivered by one person, to the ground floor only.|
|Delivery Plus (two-man)||This means your delivery will be delivered by a two-person team, to the room of choice.|
|White Glove (Assembly)||This means your delivery will be delivered by a two-person team, to any room of choice. Your item(s) will be unpacked, assembled and the packaging taken away.|
Some of our items are sent to you directly from the manufacturer, not by our own couriers. This will depend on the supplier of the product you order and could affect the availability of the delivery service levels available. This may mean that the White Glove Service may not be an available service for your order.
If you would like the White Glove service, but it is not available to you on checkout, please contact our customer service team as this may be possible to be arranged by means of another courier. However please note that this could extend the lead time of your order.
The manufacturer’s delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.
Direct Delivery from our Warehouse
Some of our items are available in our warehouse and qualify for speedy delivery (5-10 working days). You can see these items by visiting our Direct from Warehouse Section.
Our delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. Please select the desired type of delivery service level at checkout.
All items are delivered free with our standard delivery service to most of the UK Mainland, however in selected areas some postcodes will incur a delivery surcharge.
This charge is to cover overnight stays for the delivery teams, who are based in the south of England. Standard Delivery to surcharge zones could take 3 to 5 weeks.
The following postcodes may incur a delivery surcharge at checkout;
IV, DD, PH, AB, KW, EH, DG, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PA 1-19, TD, LL, LD, SY, SA, CF, NP, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles.
This list is an example only and final delivery prices will be calculated at checkout. If you do live in any of these areas and you would like more information about the cost, please contact us for a quote.
We are not currently delivering to Northern Ireland due to the extended lead times and cost to both us and our customers. However, we do offer delivery to a mainland port free of charge, from where you can arrange collection from the English Port to the NI port and delivery from the NI port onwards. If you would like delivery to arrive faster than our advertised lead times, please contact our team for an express delivery quote.
It is possible for us to arrange alternative couriers to carry out these deliveries, the quote will be based on the delivery postcode, the product(s) being shipped and the delivery requirements.
Please note that we will not be able to offer the Delivery Plus or White Glove service levels on an express delivery.
We are currently not shipping internationally due to inflated costs and extended lead times caused by issues surrounding Brexit. We are working hard behind the scenes to make sure we fully comply with all the Brexit rules and therefore being able to allow delivery outside the UK Mainland.
At this stage we do not know how long these services will be unavailable for, but we will provide regular updates as the situation changes.

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments.
We do not offer International delivery outside of Europe.
