The standard warranty on all our furniture is 1 year but some brands do come with up to a 10-year warranty. More info can be found here.

Some ranges do get discontinued at the end of each season; however, grey and brown rattan will always be available.

Selected ranges do have machine washable cushions but it is always worth checking the label on the inside of the cushion cover to be safe.

This is purely down to your own personal style and aesthetics, and at Garden Furniture House you certainly have plenty of choice: fabric furniture, rattan garden furniture, metal, or rope furniture. Please bear in mind that wooden furniture can age with time.

Due to its weatherproof features, you can use our garden furniture all year round. It is recommended that you use a cover for protection, and to store any removable cushions indoors.

Because delivery can take up to 20 working days, we recommend that you place your order with us early in spring so you can enjoy your time in the garden throughout the spring and summer. No special treatment is needed for rattan or metal furniture. However, we recommend cleaning it using warm soapy water if you wish to do so. Wooden garden furniture will need to be treated at least once a year to ensure the wood is kept at its best.

The garden furniture doesn’t need to be sheltered during the winter but we do recommend using a cover to protect the item from leaves/wildlife.
